This local preview stores account and booking records in a local PostgreSQL database. Example profiles are labelled, and development email stays on this computer.

What we need

Your email secures sign-in. Profile, institution, verification results and booking details support matching and delivery. Phone numbers and email addresses are visible only to confirmed booking participants and authorised platform staff.

What parents see

The student decides whether milestone reports and their attachments are shared with the booking parent. Changing that setting takes effect on future access through the app. Previously viewed or downloaded information cannot be recalled. Location tracking and private messaging are not part of this release.

External services

When connected, independent providers handle identity checks, student verification, payment processing, email and requested translation. Dictation may use your browser’s speech service. Only request translation or dictate information you are comfortable processing through those services.

Documents and attachments

Verification document images are not added to public profiles. Report attachments are stored privately and require authorised access. Do not upload unnecessary identity, banking or medical information in a milestone report.

Before public launch

The operating business must publish its controller contact, retention periods, provider list, and data-rights request process before accepting real users. This preview notice describes the current implementation and is not a substitute for that published policy.
