Fund each milestone. Review the report. Release the payment.
Fund one milestone at a time. Your buddy writes a report when it is complete. The booking customer reviews it before payment is released. If there is no response or dispute within 72 hours, payment releases automatically. Students control which reports their parents can see.
Need a campus walk or help with your first essentials shop? Book an extra service on its own. You will see its name, description, duration and price before requesting it. Each extra has one completion milestone.
A parent or student can start a booking. The student approves their buddy and the buddy accepts the dates. Once the booking is confirmed, contact details unlock so you can coordinate directly.
Cancel at least 24 hours before a milestone starts for a full refund. Later cancellations before the start receive 50% back. If the buddy cancels before starting, you receive a full refund. Concerns about work already started go to the platform team for review.
